Keep Small Supplies Contained
Gardening gloves, hand tools, plant ties, labels and other small supplies can easily become scattered throughout the garage.
Use a small bin, basket or drawer to keep similar items together. Clear containers can make it easy to see what’s inside, while labels are helpful when multiple people use the space.
Store Seasonal Items With the Season in Mind
Not every gardening supply needs to be front and center all year. Keep the items you use most often within easy reach and move seasonal or rarely used supplies to less accessible storage areas.
As seasons change, take a few minutes to rotate your garage storage. Bring summer gardening equipment forward when you need it and move it back when the season is over.
